Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TaskClarity at taskclarity.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

TaskClarity is a client portal service for web developers to manage project tasks from their clients. The Service includes a dashboard for developers and client portals for their end users.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose

Payment Terms

TaskClarity offers three subscription tiers:

• Solo: $5/month (up to 5 clients)
• Growing: $12/month (up to 15 clients)
• Unlimited: $25/month (unlimited clients)

Annual billing is available at approximately 17% discount. Payment is due in advance. We use Stripe to process payments securely.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds beyond the 30-day guarantee period are provided at our discretion.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to TaskClarity. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to host and display your data solely to provide the Service.

You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskClarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskClarity and its operators from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
